Return & Exchange Policy

WE WANT YOU TO BE DELIGHTED WITH YOUR ORDER.

• Katan Weaves entitles you to exchange your items within 7 days of receipt of the parcel.
• The product  must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and it its original condition with all tags intact.
• The Company reserves the right to decide if the product is in the condition for exchange and such decision of Company shall be final and binding.
• Exchange is possible only in the form of a store credit that may be used for purchasing another item/s from Katan Weaves.
• We will issue a store credit for 100% of the amount paid by you including shipping charges and taxes if any.
• You may use the store credit either online or offline at our stores or shows.
• There is no expiry date on our store credits.
• AS A STANDARD COMPANY POLICY WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

PROCEDURE

To start an exchange kindly email  ruchikamodi@hotmail.com or call+91-9810027821 (Mon-Fri, 10am to 6pm IST)

• Our representatives will guide you on how to ship the items back to us.
• Please do not ship any item to our offices without corresponding with our representatives.
• All exchanges must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice.
• All items must be shipped back to Katan Weaves in its original packaging. 
• Katan Weaves will not be responsible for lost or damaged items while shipping them back to us.
• All shipping costs related to the exchange must be borne by the customer.
